Dr. Kim
Dr. Kim strives to provide quality comprehensive eye care to all her patients. Her interests include assessing eye health and evaluating for dry eye and ocular disease. Her experience in the medical management of dry eye, macular degeneration, Keratoconus and diabetic retinopathy sets her apart from the rest. Dr. Kim’s experience in different eye care fields allows her to not only find the best option to suit patients’ visual needs but also their lifestyle and wellbeing.
Dr. Kim grew up in the Bay Area. After completing her undergraduate at UW-Madison and doctorate at Pacific University, she relocated to Tacoma where she opened TruVision Eye Care in 2016. Dr. Kim loves to travel and explore. She enjoys eating and trying all different types of food and considers herself a “foodie” at heart. Since purchasing her first home in 2019, she is looking forward to growing her practice and family in Tacoma with her boyfriend, and fur babies, Zoey and Grayson.
